Mahasamund Collector shifted in major admn reshuffle in CG

Pardeshi given key posting of Public Health and Higher Education

In a major administrative reshuffle, the Chhattisgarh Government on Wednesday issued fresh posting orders of nearly two dozen Indian Administrative Services (IAS) Officers.

2003 batch senior IAS Officer Pardeshi Siddharth Komal working as Secretary to Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has been given additional charge of Secretary Higher Education and Secretary Public Health & Family Welfare whereas Bhunvanesh Yadav has been given the key posting of Secretary Public Works Department in the reshuffle.

2004 batch IAS Officer Sanjay Kumar Alang has been shifted to Raipur as Divisional Commissioner whereas Raipur Commissioner Yashwant Kumar has been given the charge of Managing Director of Chhattisgarh Beverages Corporation. While Janak Prasad Pathak has been given independent charge of Commercial Tax (Excise), the Director Health Services Bhim Singh has been transferred to Bilaspur as Divisional Commissioner.

Additional Chief Election Officer Sikha Rajput Tiwari has been shifted as Sarguja Divisional Commissioner whereas KD Kunjam has been given the charge of Director Mining as well as MD of Chhattisgarh Mineral Development Corporation.

In a significant development, the Mahasamund District Collector Nilesh Kumar Sheersagar has been shifted to Mantralaya as Joint Secretary General Administration Department whereas the Gariabandh District Collector Prabhat Mallick has been shifted to Mahasamund as District Collector and Raipur District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Akash Chikara has been made Gariabandh District Collector.

IAS Officer JP Maurya has been given the charge of Special Secretary Mineral Resources Department and additional charge of in-charge Director Health Services whereas Ranu Sahu has been made Director Town & Country Planning in the reshuffle.

2010 batch IAS Officer Saransh Mittar has been given key posting of Director Urban Administration and Development and additional charge of Director Commerce & Industries.

In total 23 IAS Officers have been given fresh posting in the reshuffle.
