Sambalpur Division hosts All India RPF/RPSF Body Building competition

Sambalpur, Oct 30: All India Railway Protection Force Body Building Competition-2021 was held at Railway Community Hall, Sambalpur on 27th & 28th October-2021.
Total of 21 Participants from various Zones i.e East Coast Railway, South East Central Railway, Eastern Railway, Central Railway, Western Railway, North Frontier Railway, 7th BN RPSF/MLY, 11th BN RPSF/GHY and ICF/Chennai participated in the Competition. Divisional Railway Manager, Sambalpur, Pradeep Kumar graced the occasion as Chief Guest and said that “good health & fitness is the ultimate freedom from sickness and disease and it is the feeling of physical, mental and social well being of a person”. Mrs Isha Malik, President, ECoRWWO,Sambalpur & Anand Singh, Addl. Divisional Railway Manager, Sambalpur joined as Guest of honours. In this competition, Balveer Singh bagged MR. RPF award. Nikam Rahul was the winner of 55 Kg category, Praveen Kumar was winner of 60 Kg category, Dhananjay Ram was winner of 65 Kg category, Laishiram Surawjay was winner of 70 kg category, Sameer Jamadar winner of 75 Kg category, Balveer Singh was winner of 80 Kg category, Ajay Kumar was winner of 85 Kg category, T.Ravi Kumar was winner of 100 kg category and Vijay N Amandi was winner of 100kg above & other participants were also awarded by Chief Guest, Pradeep Kumar.
In this event, B.Bohidar, Kishore Mishra, Dolamani Meher, Shishir Bohidar & Sujeet Mohanty were the judges of the competition. Somnath Pattnaik was the stage Marshal. All officers, ECoRWWO members, staff and a large number of audiences were present. Anup Gorinka, Divisional Security Commissioner, Sambalpur coordinated the programme.
