Foundation stone of ‘Garhbo Nava Chhattisgarh’ is Swami Atmanand English Medium School: Umesh

Raipur, Aug 02: The cabinet and district in-charge minister of Chhattisgarh government, Umesh Patel, during his one-day stay, inspected Swami Atmanand English Medium School MDV Government Higher Secondary School located at the district headquarters. During this, Parliamentary Secretary and Kasdol MLA Ms. Shakuntala Sahu, Text Book Corporation, Chairman, Shailesh Nitin Trivedi, former MLA, Janak Verma, District Panchayat, President, Rakesh Verma, President, Hitendra Thakur, District Panchayat, Vice President, Mrs Sarita Thakur, former District Panchayat member Seema Verma, Rupesh Thakur and a large number of public representatives including Vidyabhushan Shukla, District DMF member Sunil Maheshwari were present. Patel visited all the rooms, laboratory, computer lab, library, dining hall of the school. On this occasion he met the parents and students studying in the school and getting to know about their condition. While talking to the Minister Mr. Patel, Payal Sharma, a class 10th resident of Balodabazar city, said that now our studies are being done online. We are very eager to study in this school.
All the teachers here teach very well. We do not face any kind of problem here. Minister Patel also gave career related guidance to the students. Giving information about the school, he said that this is the school of the dreams of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. Looking at this school, I can confidently say that this school is the foundation stone of ‘Garhbo Nava Chhattisgarh’. All the students will illuminate the name of the entire district and state by studying from here, such is the expectation from all of you students. On this occasion, he saw the proposed school building and the activities of the school to be constructed at a cost of Rs 5 crore for about 10 minutes through the presentation. Collector Sunil Kumar Jain informed the minister about every aspect of the school. Seeing the presentation, Patel appreciated the proposed well-equipped Swami Atmanand English Medium School. On this occasion, 21 teachers felicitated with the award from ‘Mukya Mantri Gaurav Alankaran’ and Education Ambassador were honored as well as tree plantation was done in the school premises. During this, District Superintendent of Police IK Alesela, Additional Collector Rajendra Gupta, District Panchayat CEO Dr Fariha Alam Sidki, DFO KR Carpenter, SDM Mahesh Rajput, District Education Officer CS Dhruv, School Principal Tiwari, Ritu Shukla and other teachers were present.
