Engineers play an important role in building any nation, state: Baghel

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel paid homage to the greatest engineer of India, Bharat Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya by garlanding him at his residence office here on Wednesday on the occasion of Engineer’s Day. Forest and Climate Change Minister Mohammad Akbar, Public Health Engineering Minister, Guru Rudra Kumar, Higher Education Minister Umesh Patel, Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India Nagendra Nath Sinha, Additional Chief Secretary to Chief Minister Subrat Sahoo, Chhattisgarh Panchayat and Rural Development Department Additional Chief Secretary, Mrs Renu Pillay was also present on the occasion. On this occasion, while congratulating and wishing all the engineers on Engineer’s Day, the Chief Minister said that engineers play an important role in the building of any nation and state. Engineers build a strong infrastructure to grow and prosper with their technical know-how and skill. In the memory of Bharat Ratna Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya, the great engineer of India, rich in such extraordinary talent, we celebrate his birthday on September 15th as Engineer’s Day. Mr. Baghel has called upon the engineers to take inspiration from Sir Visvesvaraya and give their best contribution in the new construction of the country and the state.
