BSS celebrate Swami Pranavanandaji birth anniv

Raipur, Mar 03: The Raipur unit of the Bharat Sevashram Sangha, a philanthropic organization, celebrated the 126th birth anniversary of Yugacharya Shrimat Swami Pranavanandaji Maharaj, founder of Bharat Sevashram Sangha, on the auspicious occasion of Maghi Purnima.
The function commenced at the premises of BSS Pranavananda Academy situated on VIP Road in the capital with bhajan followed by Vishwa Shanti Yagna and Hawan. Thereafter, Swami Shivarupananadaji Maharaj, Secretary Bharat Sevashram Sangha Raipur carried out discourse along with Swami Sureshananadaji Maharaj and Prananandji Maharaj. The function was presided over by Mahant Ved Prakashji Maharaj from Mahant Laxmi Narayan Mandir Trust Raipur. This was followed by distribution of clothes to poor, puja and aarti and bhog-prasad distribution.
The Bharat Sevashram Sangha is a philanthropic and charitable organization with a firm and enduring commitment to improving the lives of the underprivileged. This guiding principle of concern for the weak and deprived citizens has been the force empowering its members to dedicate their lives to serving humanity. The Bharat Sevashram Sangha was established in 1917 by Yugacharya Shrimat Swami Pranavanandaji Maharaj on this pious occasion of Maghi Purnima.
