Ayushman cards being made in CHOiCE Centres till 30th

Raipur, Sept 20: Ayushman cards are being made at free of cost till September 30 at all the 24 CHOiCE Centres in rural and urban areas of all the development blocks of Raipur district under ‘Aapke Dwar Ayushman’ campaign 2.0. Eligible families having Ayushman cards will get benefit of medical treatment worth Rs 5 lakh under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana and remaining eligible families will get benefit upto Rs 50 thousand under Dr Khoobchand Baghel Health Assistance Scheme. Families with Ayushman cards can get the benefit of free treatment in any registered government and private hospital.
Officials in Health Department Raipur said that Ayushman cards will be made under Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana, Dr Khubchand Baghel Health Assistance Scheme, till September 30, 2021. Ayushman Bharat cards can be made on the basis of ration card and Aadhaar card.
Ayushman Bharat cards will be made separately for all the members of a family. Therefore, free Ayushman Bharat card can be made at free of cost with visit to private CHOiCE Centres.
