Working together of Bar bench and bench to strengthen judicial system: Menon

The Ovation Programme of newly appointed Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court (HC) Parpillai Ramkrishnan Nair Ramchandra Menon as held in High Court here on Tuesday.
The Ovation Programme was organised in the Court of Chief Justice. Justice Menon in his brief address on this occasion said that Bar Bench and Bench is like two sides of a coin and both works together then it strengthens the judicial system. He said that he wants to work with open mind and wants to bring the judicial system in creditable manner within reach of common men and this is possible only with assistace of all. Hailing the judges and advocates of Chhattisgarh, he said that he would be happy to work with energetic and young team.
All the judges of Chhattisgarh High Court and many judges of High Court Kerala and his family members were present on the occasion. In this programme, Justice Prashant Mishra gave an introduction of Chief Justice. Advocate General Kanak Tiwari presented the ovation address.
On this occasion Principal Secretary Law & Legal Affairs Chhattisgarh government Ravishankar Sharma, Divisional Commissioner TC Mahavar, IG Pradeep Gupta, Collector Dr Sanjay Alang, SP Abhishekh Meena, Registrar General Neelam Chand Sankala, State Bar Council President Prabhakar Singh Chandel, High Court Bar Association President CK Kesharvani and other senior officers and advocates were present.
