Training session held for ‘Aapke Dwar Pahucha Haridwar’ programme
Bhilai, Feb 14: Golden Jubilee year of All World Gayatri Parivar (AWGP) Shantikunj Haridwar as well as the Haridwar Mahakumbh are being celebrated this year in Devbhoomi, Haridwar in Uttarakhand. Due to corona virus pandemic, very limited number of devotees will be able to visit Haridwar and attend the Mahakumbh. A limited number of devotees will be allowed to enter Haridwar and visit the banks of Ganges on the dates of the main Shahi Snan. Due to strict rules for visiting Kumbh in the Corona period as well as lack of adequate means of transportation, thousands of devotees will not be able to visit Haridwar to take a bath in the Ganges. Considering the situation, AWGP has chalked out an innovative and unique programme “Har-Har Gange, Ghar Ghar Gange, Aapke Dwar Pahucha Haridwar”. Under this programme, the members of Gayatri Pariwar will visit door-to-door across the world. During this Mahakumbh, holy water of Ganga will be transported to millions of homes, while the consciousness of Shantikunj Haridwar, a global spiritual pilgrimage, will also be conveyed to the people through spiritual literature.
