Three Chhattisgarh anganwadi workers bagged National Awards today for effective implementation of various services. The three women workers are-Mrs. Premlata Chakresh district Jashpur, anganwadi worker Mrs. Meena Verma district Durg, Mrs. Poonam Beenjhwar district Korba. Union Minister Mrs. Maneka Gandhi gave away the awards in New Delhi today. The anaganwadis excelled in nutritious meal scheme, inoculation and informal education projects.
