Online orientation of District Media Cell in-charge

Raipur, Jul 04: Teachers and students who play a significant role in the online portal ‘Padhai Tunhar Duar’ operated by the School Education Department will be encouraged. A special strategy will be prepared for this. With an aim to encourage alternative methods in addition to online classes, the online orientation program of officers in charge of media cell of all the districts of the state was organised from the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT).
Addressing the online program, Dr. Yogesh Shivhare, Joint Director of SCERT said that online programme is proving to be a boon for students in Corona era. Assistant Director and in-charge of State Media Center, Mr. Prashant Kumar Pandey shared the experience of 3 months assessment of the program. He said that success stories should focus on online educational activities from every district.
Publicity through social media, electronic media, print media and other means should be reported to the state media cell regularly. Encourage parents, child and teacher who make invaluable contributions to the program. He informed that ‘Nayak’ column has been started on ‘Tunhar Duar’ online portal taught on CG School.com (cgschool.in). In which each day a success story of a teacher and student of a district is being displayed. It should also be widely publicised.
Assistant Director of Samagrah Sikhsha, Dr. M. Sudhish said that the school level of information is being received from the state. It can be compiled and nominated for International and Common Wealth Awards. Advisor Mr. Satyaraj Iyer suggested to launch the news desk program in the coming time. On this occasion, about 200 officials of district and block level including Mr. Mahesh Verma, Mr. Damrudhar Deep, Ms. Shalini Sharma, Krishna Gaur, Kavita Likhar and Vibha Mishra registered active participation in the online meeting.
