Students can now learn and develop scientific thinking: Matlam

Kondagaon, Dec 20: With objective to promote innovation, creativity and scientific aspects among the rural students, the Niti Aayog has granted sanction of Atal Tinkering Lab in Baniyagaon and it was formally inaugurated by District Panchayat President Devchand Matlam on Friday.
Through this lab the students will not only learn something new, but would be able to develop their scientific thinking and discover new equipments and products as per their thinking. Addressing the gathering, Matlam said that the day-to-day work itself involves many scientific mind and we just do not know about the right techique involved in it. He said that through this lab they will get less to learn, but more to realise their thought process doing it physically in the form of practical here in the lab and then only they can move forward. The teacher from Nagar Nigam School Durg Rajendra Sav said that now this facility is available to school students as well and the main reason behind it is that there is more of inquisitiveness to learn at school-level.
Principal of the School PS Sanghe said that we will try our best to ensure that the students draw maximum benefit of the facilities being provided by the Central Government and develop scientific temperament and move ahead in their life. On this occasion TP Joshi, RK Ramteke, Kartik Poyam, Parniya Patel, Nandu Diwan and others were present.
