Bhilai, Sep 30: National Service Scheme (NSS) was founded on September 24, 1969. Like every year, NSS Unit of RSR Rungta College of Engineering and Technology under the aegis of Sanjay Rungta Group of Institutions celebrated the NSS Foundation Day. Plenty of on-line competitions were conducted in which students of many schools and colleges participated. Singing competition, Poster making, Making of 2-minute video clip, and Essay writing competitions were organized. All those students who participated in these competitions were awarded with E-certificates. Dr SV Deshmukh, (Principal, RSR Rungta College of Engineering and Technology) and Mohammad Shajid Ansari, (Assistant Director) addressed the students and wished them a bright career ahead. Dr SV Deshmukh lauded the efforts of Program Officer Novel Kumar Sahu, Nodal Officer Anisha Mirre, Volunteers Satish Baghel, Abhishek Tripathi and Durgesh in making this event a grand success.
