RLAMC organises national webinar on ‘Pharmaceutics in Ayurved’

Bhilai, Jul 03: Rajiv Lochan Ayurved Medical College (RLAMC), Chandkhuri, Durg is organising a series of national webinars for keeping the faculty, students and medical practitioners updated with the latest advancements.
In this sequel, a national webinar was hosted by the Department of Ras Shastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana on the topic “Pharmaceutics in Ayurved – Getting the right Medicine”. More than 500 Ayurveda Practitioners and students participated in the webinar.
At the outset, the webinar began with offering prayers to Lord Dhanvantari. Principal Dr Vandana Fating delivered the opening remarks on the topic. Guest Speaker Dr Rakesh Salve (Professor, HOD, Dept of Ras Shastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana, MRIAS, Gandhinagar, Gujarat) elaborated various aspects of the topic. He threw light on the proper and rational use of the Ayurved medicines. The webinar was conducted by Dr Shivhar Ophle and Dr Himshikha Verma of RLAMC’s Department of Ras Shastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana. College Management Committee Chairperson Prabha Sahu congratulated and extended best wishes to the organising committee, faculty members and students on successful conduct of the webinar. Dr Sagar Sharma and Dr Yogeshwar Pandey took care of the technical aspects of this event.
