Raipur: Under financial crunch, the Raipur Development Authority (RDA) on Thursday received major relief as it was able to get Rs 3.05 crore against the sale of 43 Flats of Kamal Vihar and Indrapasth Raipura Scheme through Tender. According to information received, total 15 properties were sold through Open Auction here.
Two Row Houses were sold against 6 applications for the same whereas 11 flats under LIG 3BHK and 2 flats under LIG 2BHK were sold fetching the amount of Rs 1.59 crore against it. Similar interest was shown among people for Phase II of Indraprasth Raipura Scheme.
37 applications were received for EWS Flats out of which 28 flats were allotted bring in the amount of Rs 1.46 crore to the Development Agency.
