PWD Minister inspects progress of Gogaon under-bridge

Raipur, Jun 17:
State Public Works Department Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu took stock of the progress of the Gogaon Under-Bridge under construction in Raipur.
Expressing displeasure towards the contractor concerned for delay in construction work, he directed to complete the work with quality by the month of December. Minister Sahu directed the departmental officers to conduct site inspection. He instructed the Executive Engineer to inspect the site every day, Superintending Engineer every three days and Chief Engineer every 15 days and submit progress report.
He directed the contractor to submit the details of the works to be done every month from the current month of June to December and its completion to the departmental officers.
Minister Sahu also directed to blacklist the concerned contractor and firm in case the work is not completed by the month of December. During the inspection, Chief Engineer V.K. Bhatpahari, Departmental officers and officials of construction agency were present.
