Paryushan Parv celebrated

Pandariya, Sep 15: The annual holy event of Jains, Paryushan Parv was celebrated here on Sunday, abiding to pleading for apologies, to all living organism in common. The Chief Guest of the ceremony was Pandariya MLA Lata Chandrakar, who said in her address that the Jain Samaj is one of the most cultural and traditional abiding religious sect of India, which teaches the path to non violence and benevolence to all that is living.
Also addressing the ‘Shama Yatchana meet’ member of State Minority Cell Anil Jain, said that tending forgiveness towards all is the base of Jainism and service of one’s own parents is next to serving God. Many organizations run by the community were felicitated in the program, which witnessed diverse cultural events by the women and youth wing of the Samaj.
Present were prominent citizens, apart from Mohan Rajput, Hameed Khan, Ashok Sahu and others.
