Party’s roadmap for 2023 VS polls prepared: Raman

Raipur, (Jagdalpur), Sep 02: The Bharatiya Janta Party’s ‘Chitan Shivir’ concluded on Thursday and in this camp the party has prepared its roadmap for 2023 Vidhan Sabha polls. Former CM Raman Singh said that they clearly believes that if the government has made any promises to the public, then it should be fulfilled, or else it is the people who settles the score.
Addressing at the conclusion of ‘Chintan Shiviri’, National Vice President and former CM Dr Raman Singh,former Union Minister and State President Vishnudeo Sai, Leader of Oppn in VS Dharamlal Kaushik and former Minister and MLA Brijmohan Agrawal addressed the media persons.
Speaking on the occasion Raman Singh said that it is BJP who is holding the camp and Congress is more concerned about it! There is rat-race for chair in state Congress and it is still not confirmed who will be Congress CM? He charged that entire administration has turned into ineffective and disoriented.
Commenting about the ‘Chitan Shivir’, Raman said that in this they have formulated party’s future strategy and BJP’s work plan and in this both short-term and long-term strategy has been prepared. Discussions were held in 8 sessions and in this, combined decisions were taken and issues were identified. The party has formed strategy to make all the cells, Morchas of BJP active and the organization will be made active at booth and Shakti –Kendra level and added that if these centres are not activated, then it is difficult to achieve target.
Dr Singh charged that today also the farmers are neither getting fertilizers nor electricity and seeing the drought conditions due to scanty rainfall, BJP demand state government to offer relief to farmers. About the promises made in party’s election manifesto, Raman charged that Congress is literally misleading general public, then be it unemployment allowance, ban on liquor and scores of such promises on which the state government has proved to be utter failure.
Former CM said that the system for purchase of Tendupatta and other forest produce too has come to a standstill. Discussions were also held about religious conversion and on this Raman charged that in last two & half years it has increased manifold in the state and all this is happening with due protection of state. Set aside this naxalism is also on the rise and there is lot of disappointment among forest people. The tribals are annoyed over Silger firing incident. About BJP losing its hold in tribal belt, Raman said that in last VS polls they legged behind, but got better hold in LS polls.
