With Pakistan yet again resorting to ceasefire violation, one BSF soldier was martyred in Jammu and Kashmir’s Samba sector.
It is said that the incident happened in the early hours of Tuesday when Pakistani forces began unprovoked firing from across the LoC.
The firing was done in the Samba sector.
Meanwhile, the Indian forces retaliated strongly even as a BSF constable – Devender Kumar – lost his life.
India too has been looking to use hi-tech surveillance equipment to ensure Pakistani forces are unable to provide mortar-fire cover to terrorists attempting to sneak into India.
