Bhilai, Jun 25: Drawing strength and inspiration from continuous guidance and support from Anirban Dasgupta, Director I/c BSP and Anjani Kumar, ED (Works), the collective of SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant’s Sinter Plant 3 (SP-III) took another step towards self-reliance by restarting Nut Coke Complex at SP 3.
The nut coke supplied by Sinter Plant-3 will be used in Blast Furnaces, increasing the net availability of coke at Blast Furnaces and will reduce the dependence of Blast Furnace on metallurgical coke.
