No-Bake Brownies

Ingredients
• 1 cup chocolate syrup
• ½ cup oats

To mix:
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 8 Medjool dates, deseeded and chopped
• ¼ cup chopped cashews
• ¼ cup oats
• 2 tbsp chocolate spread

Method
1. Heat the chocolate syrup in a pan on a medium-low flame and let it warm up a little.
2. Now, add the oats and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a thick, doughy consistency. Turn off the flame, take the pan off the heat and let the mixture cool for five minutes. Transfer this mixture into a large mixing bowl.
3. Add all the other ingredients, and mix until well combined.
4. Line a baking dish or tray with butter/parchment paper and transfer the mixture into the prepared dish.
5. Spread the brownie mixture evenly in the dish with the help of a spatula or spoon, and let it set in the refrigerator for one to two hours.
6. Remove the dish from the refrigerator and take out the set brownies with the help of the parchment paper. Cut the brownie block neatly into squares.
7. Drizzle some chocolate syrup on top of the brownies and serve.
