Navratri festival celebrated with fervour

Anwari, Oct 12: On Thursday, as Shardiya Navratri began with the worship of Goddess Durga in the main pandals of Bhaisbod, with devotion across the region, the Goddess has been enshrined in various pandals and Samitis, across the area. 51 forms of Maa Durga have been established in Bhaisbod with the cooperation of all the villagers and Chhattisgarhia Sabale Badiya Durgotsav Samiti Khanti Para Bhaisbod by making an artificial cave, in which many types of tableaux and waterfalls, Mountains etc. have been created, especially like that of the mother Patal Bhairavi, who is enshrined in Rajnandgaon.
Along with this, one idol of Goddess Durga has been enshrined in Public Durgotsav Committee Old Bazar Chowk, one idol in Shiv Shakti Durgotsav Committee New Bazar Chowk and 9 idols of Mother in Shivshakti Durgotsav Committee Tikrapara. A total of 49 Manokamana Kalash have been lit by the devotees here. Morning and evening the process of worshiping the Goddess continues, and an enchanting atmosphere of service and devotion is being witnessed in the region. According to holy scriptures, the Goddess Mother, who comes in nine forms Shailputri, Brahmacharini, Chandraghanta, Kushmanda, Skandmata, Katyayani, Kalratri, Mahagauri and Siddhidatri Mata comes to earth to do the welfare of the world and to relieve the troubles of the devotees. Lokesh Ganjir (Patwari), chairman of Chhattisgarhiya Sabale Badiya Durgotsav Samiti, said that to avoid the third wave of corona, it was mandatory for the devotees coming to visit here to wear masks and follow social distancing. Panda Narsing Yadav, Dular Singh, Dashru Yadav, Shravan, Mohendra, Lokesh, Surujbhan, Himachal, Jinendra, Toran, Pappu, Ashwani , Sonu, Kanhaiya Ram, Bideshi Ram, Salik Kanwar, Ravi, Neelu, Dilip Sahu sarpanch representative, Ramprasad, Dhruva, Gopal Ram, Laxminarayan, Vishnu, Rohit Kanwar, and all the villagers are engaged in the service of the mother.
