Narendra elected BSP-OA President for third consecutive term

Bhilai, Sep 26: Narendra Kumar Banchhor has been elected as the President of BSP – Officers Association for the third consecutive term. He secured 1552 votes against his opponent Dr Kaushalendra Thakur who secured 667 votes.
Parvinder Singh of his Narendra Banchhor Panel was elected General Secretary. He got 1256 votes to win the triangular contest. His opponents SM Shahid Ahmad and KK Yadav got 705 and 253 votes respectively. There was a direct contest for the post of treasurer. Ankur Mishra won the post by with 1233 votes against his opponent Uday Bhanu Tiwari who got 974 votes.
It needs to be mentioned here that the election of the prestigious Officers Association of Bhilai Steel Plant was held on Friday. In all 2221 members exercised their franchise. The elected zone representatives are Ashok Kumar Naik, G Pradeep Kumar, T Satyapal, Nohar Singh, Prashant Kumar Jain, Radha Kisun, Rahul K Pali, Rajesh Kumar Singh, Anu P, Diwakar Sirmour, Satendra Kumar Dewangan, Deepandu Samanta, Nikhil Pethe, Rakesh Kumar Thakur, Rajul Kumar Pandey, Sanjay Tiwari, Birender Kumar, Goverdhan Prasad Soni, Soubhagya Ranjan Sahoo, Ajay Kumar Chaurasia, Jyoti Prakash Sharma, Shivan Ghosh, Harmohan Lal Sonwani, Remy Thomas, Vijay Deshmukh, Pandab Charan Roul, Pijush Subhra Sen, Md Salim Qureshi, Akhilesh Mishra, Ashish gendre, Ravi Soni, Md Abdul Rahman Shariff, Kuldeep Kumar Sethi, Rajendra Lawang, Vivek Gupta, Ajay Kumar, Ravindra Kumar Maharana, DPS Brar, Dr Navin Kumar Jain, Vijay Singh Pawar, Gagan Goyal, Vikrant Sharan, Parag Gupta, Sushil Kachhwaha, Nitesh Chhatri, Venu Gopal Dewangan, Santosh Kumar Singh and Shailendra Dhoke.
