Missing lady and child recovered from Bhopal

Bhilai, May 24: Newai Police has recovered a missing lady and her child within 48 hours of receiving the complaint. Cops chased the lady and finally found her in Bhopal. Inspector Bhavesh Sao (SHO, Newai) informed that the lady was recovered with joint efforts of Durg Police, Crime Branch Nagpur, RPF and GRP.
The 30-year-old lady had left home after a domestic argument. She had taken her 5-year-old girl child with her. Her relatives approached Newai Police Station for help. On instructions of SP Prashant Thakur, ASP (City) Sanjay Kumar Dhruw, DSP (Crime) Praveer Chandra Tiwari and CSP (Bhilai Nagar) Rakesh Kumar Joshi, a special team of Newai Police Station was constituted to trace the lady. On the basis of mobile phone location, the team led by ASI Rajput including Constable Ravi Bisai and Constable Suraj Pandey moved to Nagpur. Lady’s brother and mother accompanied them. On reaching Nagpur, they discovered that the lady had left for some other place. On tracing the mobile location, police found that the lady was moving towards Pandhurna, Multai, Aamla, Baitul and Itarsi. Durg Police immediately conveyed information to RPF and GRP and the photograph was shared with them. Finally the GRP and RPF found the lady in a train at Bhopal. Newai Police team reached there and the lady and her child were handed over to the family. This case showed excellent coordination between the police departments of the states of Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh as well as the GRP and RPF. Inspector Bhavesh Sao coordinated with RPF and GRP while Mohan Nagar SHO Inspector Brijesh Kushwaha was coordinating with Nagpur Crime Branch. On the other hand, Cyber Cell I/c Inspector Naresh Patel and Head Constable Chandra Shekhar Banjir were constantly providing technical inputs in the case.
