Minister Guru Rudrakumar reviews carona infection in districts

Raipur, Apr 11: State Public Health Engineering and Village Industries Minister Guru Rudra Kumar reviewed the status and vaccination of corona infection through video conferencing with the collectors of Kondagaon, Kanker and Narayanpur districts under his charge. Minister Guru Rudra Kumar also discussed the situation of increasing the number of beds, ventilators and oxygen supply in the hospital in view of increasing cases in the state and gave necessary guidelines to the authorities. Minister Guru Rudrakumar appealed to the heads of various societies, social service organizations and tradeassociations to prevent corona infection and bring vaccination under public awareness.
He said that participation of all is necessary to deal with this worldwide crisis. Minister Guru Rudra Kumar, while reviewing district-wise in the virtual meeting, also discussed in detail the upcoming action plan to control corona infection. He directed the officials concerned to expedite the vaccination work. Narayanpur district has the lowest vaccination as compared to other districts.
For this, Minister Guru Rudra Kumar gave instructions to increase the speed of vaccination and asked to submit the report within three days. Along with this, he said that the number of Covid-19 patients in Narayanur district is very less, still be vigilant and constantly check people arriving from other district and by necessarily checking the people coming from the border districts to the district. Mr. Ankit Anand, Secretary in-charge of Kanker district, Dr. Priyanka Shukla, Secretary-in-charge of Kondagaon-Narayanpur district and MD of National Health Mission, along with senior officials of Kanker, Kondagaon and Narayanpur districts, public representatives, social service organizations and traders associations head were present.
