Minister Guru Rudrakumar inaugurates the development work

Raipur, Mar 18: State Public Health Engineering and Village Industries Minister Guru Rudrakumar inaugurated and performed bhoomi pujan of various development works at village Dhaur in Durg district. Addressing the villagers on the occasion, he said that according to the feedback received from the villagers for rural development, the works are approved.
Rural development has been the first priority of the Chhattisgarh government, in which we have implemented schemes like Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyaya Yojana, loan waiver and Narva, Garwa, Ghurwa, Bari for the development of farming. Through the schemes like Godhan Nyaya Yojana, the path of income was also opened for the cattle rearers. Apart from this, we also worked on schemes to ensure pure drinking water in every village and in every household. He said that rural development plans will be prepared according to the way in which the development works will be sought from the rural people. On this occasion, the village sarpanch Mrs. Kusum Anjor Das Baghel apprised the minister Guru Rudrakumar of the demands of the villagers, which mainly included water supply of all the villagers, water tank construction, concretization in the main market chowk, the demand of the village of Siyan Sadan for the elders of the village, Demand for basic facilities like open gym, electrification demand, village entrance, stage construction for young people which the Minister Guru Rudrakumar accepted with pleasure and announced firstly extending the pipeline by constructing a water tank for all the villagers, providing free tap water connection to all villagers, Sian Sadan for the elderly, bore mining and stage extension in the Kabir Bhavan of Sahu Samaj. This program was presided over by District Panchayat President, Mrs. Shalini Ravendra Yadav and a large number of villagers, including District President Mr. Devendra Deshmukh, District Member Mrs. Pushpa Bhubaneswar Yadav, District Member Mrs. Yogita Anil Banjare, Sarpanch Mrs. Kusum Anjordas Baghel and public representatives were also present in the program.
