Member of Rajmata’s family murdered

Kawardha, Aug 27: In a sensational murder case, a worker and member of the royal family from Kawardha was reportedly murdered on Thursday night. The body of youth was found lying in pool of blood when the villagers saw the body and informed it to the police. After the murder, entire items were found scattered in the farm and it is suspected that the person was murdered with intentions of theft. The police informed that the victim was nephew of Rajmata family and the case is that of Pipariya thana area.
As per information in this regard, Vishwanath Nair is a relative of Rajmata Shashi Prabha and for last 10 years he was looking after the works of farming and agriculture belonging to Rajmata family. He used to stay alone in the farm house during night. But in the morning when the villagers reached his farm house, they found his body lying in pool of blood and it was immediately informed to Rajmata’s family.
After information from villagers, erstwhile King Yogeshwar Raj Singh also reached the site. The Police informed that the youth was attacked on his head and probably some sharp edged weapon was used. The police has also found items in the room and outside in the farm area and suspects it to be murder with intentions of theft. Since the issue is related to Rajmata’s family, the police is not disclosing any further details.
