Lovers commit suicide by consuming poison

Bhanupratappur, May 20:
Two lovers committed suicide by consuming poison in Pakhanjur police station area of ??Kanker district. The bodies of both of them were found in the field, which was reported by the families of both of them to the Pakhanjur police station.
Applicant Sujit Bairagi age 30 years, resident of PV 09 and resident of near Kali Mandir, Pakhanjur Khokhan Devnath, lodged a report in the police station Pankhanjur that Vishwajeet Bairagi’s(23) s/o late Ranjit Bairagi, body was found in the farm on the banks of the pond on the way to PV 42 via the village in PV 09 along with Sangeeta Devnath’s D/o Khokan Devnath age 17 years resident of Kali Mandir  Pakhanjur and both are dead. According to Station Officer Sharad Dubey during investigation it came to fore, both the deceased are known to have a prior love affair, the poison bottle has been seized by the police from the spot.  The dead body of both had been sent by the police for postmortem, the cause of suicide of both the deceased by consuming poison together is unknown, which is being investigated by Pakhanjur police.
