Bhilai, Sep 26: The spirit of leadership is such that when we want to help someone, then four more people come forward from this work and they also help others with the spirit of service.
Our intention should be clear with honesty the goal should be set. Leadership is one such thing which comes in handy in different areas of life, whether it is studies, business, politics, job or social sector. Apply the qualities of leadership that you have learned in this camp in your life and teach others and keep encouraging them, stated Neeta Lodhi, State Minister (Status) while addressing the inaugural session of the five day “Toli Nayak” Training Programme of Bharat Scouts and Guides Chhattisgarh District Unit at BSP Higher Secondary School Sector 8 by BSP.
The program was presided over by the District Chief Commissioner, Avinash Chandrakar, and special guest Dr NK Jain from BSP, RJ Raju AGM Education Department, Sunita Bohra Vice President were present.
At the outset the guests were welcomed as per scouting tradition. A welcome dance was presented by the guides. The District Chief Commissioner, Avinash Chandrakar, who presided over thanked the BSP management for their full cooperation in this camp. He said that a leader is needed to do any work. In the Toli Nayak training camp, the qualities of leadership are inculcated in the children, which proves useful throughout their life. Bharat Scouts and Guides teaches discipline as well as service.
The camp incharge and District Training Commissioner (Guide) Devika Rani Verma presented the camp report. Kumari Priya Nandi and Lavneet Kumar shared their experience of the camp. In the cultural area, the scouts and guides performed dance forms including Panthi, Raut, Karma and Sua, displaying the culture of Chhattisgarh.
Block Secretary BD Vaishnav, Devendra Devangan, Amita Harmukh, Anandram Baghel, Camp Coordinator Hetram Dhruv, Camp Coordinator Saraswati Giria, Hori Lal Chaturvedi, Kirti Lata Deshmukh, Maya Pethkar, Hema Chandravanshi, Satyanarayan Sahu, District Organization Commissioner Awadhesh Vishwakarma, Rover Dipanshu, Sachin, Yogendra, Harish, A Amritrao, Ranger Puja, Anamika and a large number of parents were present.
