Lakhma inaugurates 100 seater Boys’ Ashram and Ration shop

Konta, Nov 15: The villagers of village Samsatti of Konta block will now be able to get ration in the village itself. With the opening of fair price shops in the village itself, the residents of Shamsatti will be comfortable and they will not have to go far to buy ration. Also, with the opening of 100 seater government children’s ashram, children will be able to study by staying in the village itself.
Today, in village Samsatti, Industries Minister Kawasi Lakhma inaugurated the Government Children’s Ashram constructed at a cost of 238 lakhs. Along with this, construction work of fair price shop was inaugurated. On this occasion, he congratulated and extended best wishes to all the villagers.
Ashram gift to school students
Minister Lakhma inaugurated the 100 seater Balak Ashram constructed at a cost of Rs 238 lakh and gifted it to the school students of the area. With the launch of Balak Ashram, students studying in nearby villages including Samsatti will get direct benefit. They will be able to do their studies diligently by staying in the ashram.
On this occasion, Minister Lakhma said that closed schools are being re-opened to enhance the education system in the district. Emphasis is being laid on the operation of new ashrams, schools so that the children of Sukma district can also take better education and build a beautiful future.
For this, Minister Kawasi Lakhma thanked Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on behalf of the villagers. On this occasion, he also talked about constructing a pucca road from Samsatti to Main Road. At the same time, he said that ration card, Aadhar card and Ayushman card are being made continuously in the area.
He presented a cheque of ten thousand rupees each, praising the performance of the dancers of Samsatti and Nayapara Misma. Along with this, 14 people were given checks of five thousand rupees each under voluntary grant to economically weaker persons. Along with this, he provided a check of 20-20 thousand rupees to 11 people under the family assistance scheme.
