Karm and Pali Shiromani awards given away in SP 2

Karm Shiromani and Pali Shiromani awards were given away in SAIL-BSP’s Sintering Plant -2 on March 15, 2021. BR Palai, CGM (SP 2) was the Chief Guest on the occasion. MB Panna, GM (SP 2), Vikas Kulkarni, GM (SP 2), NP Singh, GM (SP 2), Rahul Bijurkar, GM (SP 2), Section In-charges and Senior officials from SP 2 were present on the occasion. BR Palai, CGM (SP 2) in his address said that the deserving employees have been given the award. He urged the awardees to do exemplary jobs in the future and inspire others.
Shiv Prasad, AM was felicitated with the Pali Shiromani award for October-December 2020 while Ghanshyam Singh was awarded the Karm Shiromani award for January 2021 for their outstanding performance. Employees are shortlisted for this award for innovations, better resource utilisation, following Safety standards etc. at the workplace. A certificate, letter of appreciation and a sweet packet was given to Karm Shiromani awardees while Pali Shiromani awardees are additionally presented with an Apron. The programme was compered by Rama Rao, Manager (P-SPs & OHP) while the Vote of Thanks was given by Sushmita Patla, MTA(P-SPs & OHP).
