Justice Bhaduri inspects LADCS infrastructure in Durg
Bhilai, Oct 17: Justice Goutam Bhaduri (Executive Chairman, Chhattisgarh State Legal Services Authority) inspected the Legal and Defense Counsel System (LADCS) infrastructure in the premises of District Legal Services Authority in Durg. He inspected the seating arrangements for advocates and officials.
It needs to be mentioned here that for implementation of Legal Aid and Defense Counsel system in 18 DLSAs of the state, 18 posts of Chief Legal and Defense Counsel; 27 posts of Deputy Chief Legal and Defense Counsel and 41 posts of Assistant Legal and Defense Counsels have been approved. The selection process has been completed for Assistant Legal and Defense Counsels while the process is on for the selection of Deputy Legal and Defense Counsels and Chief Legal and Defense Counsel. The selection process will be completed soon. Justice Bhaduri inspected the seating arrangements made at DLSA premises for the counsels.
