Higher education minister Umesh Patel dedicates construction works costing Rs 64 lakh to public

Raipur, Jul 14: State Higher Education Minister Umesh Patel inaugurated various construction works at a cost of Rs 64 lakh at village Sarawani, Bargarh and Palgadha in Raigarh district. Anganwadi building, CC Road, Indira Awas, community building, water tank and PDS building cum warehouse have been constructed in these villages. On this occasion, Minister Patel said that it is a matter of great pleasure that various construction works sanctioned for rural development have now been completed. Residents of the village will get this facility. Due to the Corona crisis, the construction works which was stopped for some time, is now being revived. He said that development work will be approved for rural areas as per the requirement of the people. Patel also announced to increase the length of the CC road constructed in Sarawani village and make it possible to connect it to the main road. On this occasion, District Panchayat Member Mrs. Santoshi Rathia, Mrs. Purnima Vijay Jaiswal, District Panchayat Kharsia President Mr. Mehtar Oraon, Vice President Mr. Kanhaiya Patel, District Member Bargarh, Mrs. Archana Ramlal Sidar, Sarpanch of Village Panchayat Sarawani, Mrs. Rajkumari Girdhar Sidar, Deputy Sarpanch, Mrs. Khirodra Devi Jaiswal, Bargarh sarpanch Mr. Sumit Ram Rathia, Bargarh sub-sarpanch Mrs. Uma Patel and a large number of villagers were present.
