Health Minister inaugurates Teachers Training Program

Bhilai, Jul 25: A seven day Teachers Training program was inaugurated on Sunday at SSIPMT Raipur. All India Council of Technical Education New Delhi and Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University, Bhilai’s jointly collaborated this one week Teachers Training Program from July 25, to July 31, 2021 on the subject “The Importance of Outcome-Based Education in New Education Policy” was initiated today by the hands of the Cabinet Minister of Chhattisgarh Government, TS Singhdev as the Chief Guest of the program.
The inaugural function started with the Chhattisgarh state song “Arpaa Pairi Ke Dhar”. The Chief Guest in his remarks, appreciated the steps taken by the University Engineering College, Ambikapur, Technical University on the new education policy and emphasized its need. The program was presided over by Umesh Patel, Higher Education Minister, Government of Chhattisgarh.
The Vice-Chancellor of Technical University Bhilai, Professor MK Verma told about the usefulness of the new education policy in his address and said that the technical university is progressing on it in a positive way.
Dr RN Khare, Principal University Engineering College, Ambikapur displayed the achievements of this technical university through video and told that this is Chhattisgarh state’s first teacher training program which is based on the new education policy. In this ceremony, as PMC Chairman, Dr SPS Matharu, Professor, Dr RN Patel, Professor National Institute of Technology, Raipur were present. The principal of the institution, Alok Jain, in his remarks, told the objectives of the new education policy.
Registrar of the Technical University Bhilai, Dr KK Verma, at the end of the ceremony expressed his gratitude towards all the guests, academicians from different educational institutions of the country, all the participants, SSIPMT, Raipur Chairman (BG) Nishant Tripathi, Principal Dr Alok Kumar Jain, Media, Program Coordinator Dr JP Patra, program co-coordinator Anand Tamrakar, Seema Arora and all the executive committees and congratulated for the successful organization of the program.
