Raipur: Four persons were arrested under Arms Act from separate parts of the city during last 24-hours. The first one, a 16-year old minor, was arrested from near Kallu garage in Moudhapara after he was nabbed possessing a knife.
The next one, identified as Rupesh Kumar Sahu of Gandhi Nagar in Gudhiyari, was arrested from near his house after he was nabbed possessing a knife. Both the accused were later booked under Section 25 of Arms Act by respective police stations.
The third one, identified as Ravindra Rai Shinde, was arrested by Pandri police from Ekta Chowk in Daldal Seoni after he was nabbed red-handed terrorising the locals armed with a knife. The final one, identified as Nageshwar Nirmalkar, was also arrested by Pandri police from Daldal Seoni area after he was nabbed redhanded terrorising the locals armed with a knife. Both the accused were later booked separately under Section 25, 27 of Arms Act.
