Raipur: After issuing of notice to register her statement before EoW, the problems of Steno Rekha Nair are not coming to an end and she has now been issued two more notices.
One of the notices has been issued on a particular statement by Rekha Nair in which she has raised questions on the working system of EoW, whereas the other is on filing of petition in the Court. It is notable that after getting relief from High Court, Rekha Nair had visited EoW’s office last on April 22.
During this she has raised charges related to harassment against her and family members by EoW and she charged that EoW is working like Crime Branch. She has also charged EoW of harassing her family members and that they are being beaten. Taking this statement seriously, EoW has issued notice to her saying it is violation of Civil Services Act and sought her reply on the same within 7 days. In another notice to Rekha Nair, she has been charged of indisciplinary approach and according to EoW she had not reached office even after cancellation of her child care leave garnted to her.
Rather she put –up a petition in the Court and this particular step by her is being considered against the police Act. EoW has sought reply from Rekha Nair within 7 days and she has also been warned as to why no indisciplinary action should be taken against her.
