Durg Commissioner administers oath of abidance on Constitution Day

Bhilai, Nov 26: Durg Municipal Corporation celebrated the birth anniversary of Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar as Constitution Day. Municipal Commissioner Haresh Mandavi administered oath of abidance to the Constitution to the officers and employees at the corporation. During this, the commissioner urged the officers and employees to discharge their allegiance, obligation to the Constitution. He also spoke about the features of the Indian Constitution. Preamble of constitution was taken as pledge to make the country a sovereign socialist secular, democratic republic, as well as to ensure the unity and integrity of the nation and to increase fraternity. Executive Engineer Rajesh Kumar Pandey, Assistant Engineer RK Jain, Assistant Engineer Jitendra Samaiah, Rajkamal Borkar, Public Relations Officer Durgesh Gupta, Health Officer Javed Ali, Revenue Officer Narayan Yadav, Manohar Sahu, Sharad Ratnakar, Chhagan Lal Sahu, Chandan Manhare, Ravi Kumar Mishra, Shubham Goir, Shekhar Verma, Satyanarayan Sharma, Ishwar Verma, Hemlata Verma, Vandana Srivastava, Neelam Kasar, Rajendra Mishra, Komal Yadav, Raju Chandrakar and all the corporation employees were present.
