The district administration is going to make a roaster for conducting inspections at the Tehsil Offices. In accordance to this roaster, District Collector Ankit Anand and other senior officials will visit Tehsil offices of the district from time to time. District Collector issued orders in this regard during a meeting of Revenue Officers held at District Collectorate. During inspections, the officials will keep a watch on various revenue related cases as well as maintenance of registers. The officials will further examine that desired official procedure in accordance with the Revenue Code has been followed or not in the revenue related cases. In case of any default, strict action will be taken against the concerned officials of Tehsil office.
Emphasizing on the need of proper updation and maintenance of the registers and records, Collector Ankit Anand stated that it becomes easy to provide services to the applicants if the records are maintained properly. He stated that after inspection of the tehsil offices, a feed back report will also be prepared. These reports will be utilized to discover the practical problems which occur during work. Accordingly, steps will be taken to enhance the system through further innovations. The officials were further detailed about the changes introduced in the Bhuiyan Software. Collector informed that a special training has been organized for the revenue officials for updating them regarding the changes in software. Anand stated that this software has become more useful after its upgradation. Upper Collector Sanjay Agrawal was also present during the meeting. He detailed the subordinates regarding various issues.
