Differently abled Rajeshwari gets new wheelchair

Kondagaoan, Oct 16: For differently abled Rajeshwari, a grade seventh student of Government School Masora, was life never a bed of roses. Crippled since birth, the girl was unable to use both her hands and legs, but the percentile of disability was lesser in her lower limb, so Rajeshwari started using her legs to avail education, and other activities in school.
With her legs she can write, paint, make rangoli, as well as play ‘kancha’, a beloved outdoor game, of children of rural Chhattigarh.Her father Dinuram Patel, opines that in spite of her disability his daughter is an all rounder and the entire family assists her in her day to day works.
Rajeswari lately came into news when she won a Rangoli competition, and was felicitated and on hearing the students plight and disability District Collector PK Meena, contributed in getting her a new wheel chair, with specially connected movable table, for assisting Rajeshwari in her academic perusals.
