Decorate your house with fusion Deep-Rangoli

Bhilai, Oct 18: Inspired by the ambitious Godhan Nyay Yojna of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, the SHgs working at Gauthans are producing several useful and decorative items also. This Diwali, the women of a Self Help Group have made fusion Deep Rangoli from cow dung to light up and decorate the houses.

Bhilai based SHG- Udaan Nayi Disha is manufacturing various decorative products like Floating Diyas, Bandhanwars, Mobile Stands, Hanging Showpieces from cow dung. On Tuesday, the women of this group presented fusion deep-rangoli made of cow dung to Collector Pushpendra Kumar Meena and wished him a very happy Diwali in advance.
On this occasion, the Collector said that the women of the group have created other decorative products which are of quality, beauty and excellence in every sense. He said that with hard work and unity at the local level, the women of the group have created amazing items, which will prove useful to meet the needs of the market.
Nidhi Chandrakar, President of the group said that the products of the group have a good demand in the big cities like Noida and Pune in different states of the country. She informed that the products made by the group are being sent for sale to other parts of the country including Rajasthan, Gujarat, West Bengal and Chhattisgarh. It is often seen that there is a lack of space for making Rangoli in big cities, so the women have made such Rangolis, which can be kept on the door, table or courtyard of the house. Lamps are also there on this Rangoli which enhances the beauty and utility of this product.
