CREDAI Property Expo-2021 to be held from December 3rd to 5th

Raipur, Nov 20: Good news for the property buyers that the state’s biggest property expo-2021 is being organised next month from December 3 to 5 at the Indoor Stadium, Budhapara, Raipur, where people can buy every type of property they need under one roof. In this three-day expo, customers will be able to choose flats, bungalows, houses, villas, plots and commercial offices according to their budget, location and need. There will also be an opportunity to avail exciting offers on spot booking. Addressing the scribes here, CREDAI Chhattisgarh Secretary Sanjay Raheja, Vice President Ramesh Rao, former President Ravi Fatnani, Vijay Nathani, Nikhil Dhagat and Joint Secretary Ashok Mundra said that the property expo will inaugurated on December 3 at 5 pm and will conclude on December 5 at 8 pm. Earlier, CREDAI had organized a property expo in 2019, which was quite successful with more than 3500 footfall and large number of buyers. CREDAI Chhattisgarh could not organize this event in 2020 due to Covid pandemic. So this time we are organizing Property Expo with more preparation and according to the needs of the people at the appropriate time. We expect a footfall of more than 5000 people this time. CREDAI Chhattisgarh, Secretary, Sanjay Raheja said that the main objective of organizing Property Expo is to enable people to get different types of favorite properties according to their need, convenience and budget. According to the current property market, this is the best time to buy. Interest rates are very low. People living in a rented house can also make a purchase by adjusting the EMI. All developers of Raipur are participating in the expo as a result people will get projects of every location here under one roof. People can avail lot of offers and schemes offered by CREDAI on on-spot booking.
Two draws each will be drawn on all three days. The 6th draw of the last day will be the bumper prize. Honda Activa was given in the bumper draw last year; it will be the same this time as well. Apart from this gold coins, home appliances and other gifts will also be given. Developers have also introduced various offers and schemes. At CREDAI Property Expo 2021, property borrowers will also get easy access to finance as almost all banks’ stalls will be here to provide home loans and to inform the process of loan, EMI and other related required documents with complete information they will provide.
