Congress continues ‘padyatra’ to highlight inflation

Masturi, Nov 19: On the third day of Jan Jagran Abhiyan, Congressmen took out a padyatra from village Bhotidih and ended by reaching Koni via Lavar. Block President Nagendra Rai said that Jagjagaran Abhiyan Padyatra is the basic objective of reaching the square and locality against the promises of Modi government, rising inflation, failure to provide employment, anti-farmer policies, rising price of LPG, wildly planted in petrol and diesel.
By running a public awareness campaign against excise duty, the Modi government has to be exposed through padyatra, so that people can become aware of the words and deeds of the BJP government at the Centre. He said that Modi had promised the people of the country during the Lok Sabha elections that he would reduce inflation in 100 days, but today the exact opposite situation is there.
The Congress is raising its voice against the wrong policies and arbitrariness of the Modi government through Jan Jagran Abhiyan. Now is the time for people to become aware. He told that on November 17, public awareness campaign will start from Darrighat and will end in village Limtara.
Former MLA Dilip Laharia, District Congress Secretary Takeshwar Patle, Vice President Laxmi Bhargava, Ashok Rajwal, Anil Nishad, Karthik Patel, Mukesh Banjare, Ashok Patel, Uday Bhargava, Satyendra Jaiswal, Rajnarayan Tiwari, Santosh Pal, Vikram Tiwari, Ganesh Dutt were involved in Jan Jagran Padyatra campaign. Raju Tiwari, Ashish Yadav, Dinesh Nishad, Naresh Rajak, Harprasad Kaivart, Madan Kaivart, Mahendra Mahilange and Amrit Patel were present.
