Collector reviews prog in various schemes

Gourela, Pendra, Marwahi (GPM), Apr 08: Collector GPM- Namrata Gandhi convened meeting of ‘Time-Limit’ and weekly ‘Jandarshan’ in Collector’s office. In this meeting she took information from all the Nodal officers about work done in Nodal villages on ‘Ayushman Card’, Labour Card, ‘Pension cases, Anemic women, malnourished children and other subjects and gave necessary instructions to officers from the concerned department to take action to sort out the same. Prior to this Collector handed over tri-cycle and motorised tricycle to Divyang- Ramdayal and Pal Singh Bhain in the weekly ‘Jandarshan’ programme. In this ‘Jandarshan’ programme, people from different parts of the region put forth the complaints and problems before the Collector Namrata Gandhi. It was in this context, as per information from social welfare department tricycle and motorized tricycle was handed to two ‘divyangs’. The department also got the application for getting UID card for both the ‘divyangs’. In the same way the problems and complaints of other persons in the ‘Jandarhan’ progamme were given patient hearing and asked all the concerned department to solve their complaints well on time.
In the time-limit meeting, Collector held discussions on important points. Taking information about vaccination for covid-19, she also took information about distribution of dry-ration; caste/ income certificate; making of Ayushman card; Godhan Nyay Yojana; Jal Jeewan Mission; cases of mutation, diversion, division; pending cases of land acquisition; taking other crop in place of paddy; PM Kissan Samman Nidhi; individual and community Forest Rights Act ‘Patta’ and others important issues. In the meeting Collector directed to ensure 50% presence of officers and employees in all the government offices. Along with this she said that no officer or employee would leave district hq’s without prior permission. Along with this she asked the officers concerned to ensure that the people wear masks and maintain social distancing and use sanitizer during covid-19 vaccination. In the meeting Collector said that all persons above 45 yrs be vaccinated against corona and ensure that they get registered in Cowin App free of cost.
