CME on ‘Paediatric Update on COVID-19’ today
Raipur, Jun 25: A CME (Continuing Medical Education) is being organized on Saturday 26 June 2021 from 3 pm to 6 pm by the Department of Child and Paediatric in association with the Department of Pathology in Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Memorial Hospital, affiliated to Pt Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College Raipur. The theme of this CME is “Pediatric Update on COVID-19”.
The organizers of the event Prof Dr Sharja Fuljhele (Head of Department of Child and Pediatrics, Pt Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College) and Prof Dr Arvind Neral (Head of Department of Pathology, Pt Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Medical College) informed that apart from Paediatricians and child specialists, other medical specialists, medical students, nursing staff and paramedical staff can also participate in this CME. Padma Shree Dr AT Dabke will be present as special guest. Director Medical Education Dr RK Singh, Dean Medical College Dr Vishnu Dutt and Medical Superintendent Ambedkar Hospital Dr Vinit Jain will be the distinguished guests.
Dr Anoop Verma (Director Swapnil Institute of Child Health Raipur), Dr Atul Jindal (Assistant Professor AIIMS Raipur), Dr KP Sarabhai (Senior Paediatrician) and Dr Amar Singh Thakur (Joint Director Child Health) will deliver lectures on various topics related to children’s health. Head of the Department of Medicine Dr PP Lakda, Head of Anesthesia Department Dr KK Sahare, Head of Department of Surgery Dr Manju Singh and Head of Department of Preventive Social Medicine Dr Nirmal Verma will preside over the programme.
