CM Baghel got second dose of vaccine

Raipur, May 27: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel arrived at Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Raipur on Thursday morning and took the second dose of rescue vaccine from Covid-19. After getting the vaccine, he got information from the doctors about the precautions to be taken after the vaccination. On this occasion, the Chief Minister Mr. Baghel has appealed to the people of the state to get vaccine when it is their turn to protect themselves from the corona. Those who have received the first dose of the vaccine, they should have the second dose in the prescribed time, because the vaccine itself is an effective way to prevent corona, he added. Even after getting vaccinated, all people should follow the Covid Approved Behaviour – apply mask, periodically clean the hands and maintain physical distance and avoid being overcrowded. The Chief Minister said that with the cooperation and hard work of all, Chhattisgarh has succeeded to a great extent in controlling the second wave of Corona. Infection rates currently fall below 5 percent. For the convenience of the public, some relaxation has been given in the lock down. All people should be cautious so that the battle against Corona can be won. Chief Minister Mr. Baghel was vaccinated by Mrs. Dipeshwari Chandrakar. On this occasion, Chairman of Housing Board Mr. Kuldeep Juneja and Parliamentary Secretary Mr. Vikas Upadhyay, Director of Medical Education Department, Dr. R. K. Singh, Collector Dr. S. Bharatidasan, Senior Superintendent of Police Mr. Ajay Yadav, Dr. Vishnu Dutt, Dean of Raipur Medical College, Dr. Vineet Jain, Superintendent of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Hospital and Dr. Meera Baghel, Chief Medical and Health Officer, Staff Nurse Ms. Kavita Nirala were present.
