Raipur, Sep 23: Chhattisgarh Lecturer Union (CLU) has requested Upper Chief Secretary Finance Department to make necessary changes in third time-bound pay scale and as per the recommendation of Treasury Accounts and give benefit of third time-bound pay scale to the employees who have completed thirty years of service. Chhattisgarh Lecturer Union (CLU) state president Rakesh Sharma said, based on their demand finance department asked for recommendation from Treasury Accounts and later confirmed for time-bound pay scale to employees and accordingly finance department should make necessary changes in time-bound pay scale. It needs to be mentioned here, on August 08, 2018 officers completing thirty years of service were given the benefit of third time bound pay scale. But many of the service books of officers in Bilaspur Division has not been updated. Sharma demanded to pass on benefits of time-bound pay scale to the officials of Bilaspur Division which will mark a hike of Rs 200-500 in the basic pay scale of employees.
