CISF conducts zonal debate competition on Human Rights

Bhilai, Sep 30: With a view to encourage the personnel of Central Police Organizations to maintain human dignity and respect human law and to create better awareness about human rights among them, a NHRC Regional Level Debate competition was organized by CISF Regional Training Centre Bhilai at CISF Central Sector, Bhilai Conference Hall, on September 27, 2021.
A total of 20 participants from Central Armed Police Forces CISF, BSF, CRPF, SSB and RPF located in the states of Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Orissa participated in the competition. The debate competition was started by lighting the lamp by jury member Girdhari Nayak, Chairman, Human Rights Commission, Member-1, Vivekanand Sinha, IPS, Additional Director General, Chhattisgarh Police, Member-2 and Badri Narayan Meena, Senior Superintendent of Police, Durg, Member-3. Chhattisgarh. Sub Inspector/Exe Kaisei Khongsai, Sub Inspector/Exe Praveen Kumar Lamba secured 1st position from team CISF , Head constable Rambabu Sharma and Constable Sunil Kumar Yadav team BSF got second position and constable Rajiv Kumar, Asstt Commandant Deepak Saxena Team CRPF secured 3rd position in English debate. In Hindi, Head Constable SK Chaturvedi, Head Constable Sandeep Kumar Nag from team CRPF for the motion and against the motion secured 1st position. Head Constable Damodar Singh, Inspector/Exe Purusottam Lal Kurmi from team CISF secured 2nd position and Inspector Vikas Ranjan Singh, Sub Inspector Prakash Raghuvanshi from team RPF secured 3rd position.
The entire program was organized under the guidance of Sanjay Prakash, IG, CISF, Central Sector, Bhilai and under the leadership of GSR Raju, Deputy Inspector General, CISF, RTC Bhilai. On this occasion D Prakash, Inspector General, CRPF Raipur, Himanshu Pandey, Deputy Inspector General, CISF, Central Zone Headquarters Bhilai, Vinay Kajla, Deputy Inspector General CISF Unit BCCL Dhanbad, Amit Mathur, Senior Commandant CISF, Dr Iqbal Zafar, Chief Medical Officer (SG), VP Mishra, Deputy Commandant were also present.
