Ujjain: In Madhya Pradesh, in the case of rape, the court has declared the punishment within 24 hours of filing charge sheet. A juvenile court convicted of raping a girl with a child has been sentenced to two years. The special thing is that in this case of rape, the charge sheet was presented on Monday and the court sentenced the culprit the same day.
Ujjain Superintendent of Police (SP) Sachin Atak says that after the rape, the minor was absconding from the village. On the night of August 16, he was abducted from a relative’s house in Chauhamahala area.
In this case, the police carried forward the investigation very fast. Within four days, the Ujjain police completed the interrogation, filed a charge sheet in the court of the judge on Monday. The judge pronounced his verdict within a few hours of the chargesheet. Housing for two years in the form of punishment in the Sivani Juvenile house for the accused minor.
Rapid punishment in these cases of rap
On August 8, a court in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, was convicted of raping a girl with a daughter, after a mere three-day trial, the sentence of imprisonment was pronounced till death.
In the place of Chhatarpur district, the court said that one person was sentenced to death for raping a two-year-old innocent child in a month. Following the 27-day trial in the court in this case, the court convicted Tauhid Khan, convicting him as a “revenge of rare” case. On 24th April, 2018, he was a victim of his own whims for two years old innocent.
On July 8, the trial of the case of rap in Madhya Pradesh’s Sagar district was completed in just 46 days and the accused was punished. In the case of rape with a minor girl on May 21, the accused Khamaria resident Bhaggi alias Bhagirath was sentenced to death.
Here, in Rajasthan’s Alwar district, SC-ST court had sentenced the guilty to death for raping and raping a seven-month-old baby girl.
