Churra, Apr 25: CEO Janpad Panchayat NK Majhi conducted inspection of different schools in Churra block and during this head mistress in-charge of Middle School Kharkhara – Biniya Sonwani was found to be absent without any prior intimation for four last days. CEO directed the Block Education officer ( BEO) (Churra) Shyam Kumar Chandrakar to carry out spot-inspection and to Sankul coordinators to carryout regular inspection. Block Education Officer by reaching School premises took information from school children and teachers posted about mid-day meal, timely presence of teachers in the school and about evaluation of examination papers and issued notice to the head mistress in-charge found to be absent on duty. They also issued necessary instructions to ‘Sankul Coordinators’ and said that the school timings should be strictly adhered and by fixing the valuation timings in ‘Sankuls’, they should intimate the concerned office. When it was found that the Primary School Hardi and Middle School Khusrupani are not holding the school on time, the in-charged were issued warning to ensure timely working of schools. The information as to whether the grants to the schools have been utilised, it is the coordination who will give information and they were directed to carry out white-washing in the school premises and purchase of school sports materials by forming a committee and all these details should be properly registered in the stock register.
During the inspection the staff present was apprised about the procedure on how to make the valuation work online.
