Divisional Commissioner GR Churendra has directed the administration to make essential arrangements for successfully conducting Civil Services Exam on October 4 amidst Covid 19 pandemic.
Presiding over the meeting held at Redcross Building here on Thursday, he asked the Centre Superintendents and Assistant Centre Superintendents for the exams to display the sitting arrangements of the candidates minimum at five spots at the examination centres so that the candidates can easily know their sitting arrangements for the exams. He added that separate sitting arrangements for the Covid 19 affected/victim should be made for the exam as the candidates have been asked to make self declarations about the corona virus. Centre Superintendents have also been asked to ensure social distancing during the examination process and to maintain Covid 19 protocol.
UPSC Observer Devendra Yadav, Additional Collector Padmini Bhoi Sahu and other concern officials were also present during the meeting.
