BJP to gherao CM House over Religious Conversions

Raipur, Sept 27: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will gherao Chief Minister (CM) House on Tuesday to register protest against the Religious Conversions in Chhattisgarh.
A decision in this regard was taken by the BJP at the meeting held at Ekatma Parishar on Monday. As per the decision taken, the BJP workers would take out foot march in large number from all the Mandal Units.
Addressing the meeting held at party office, the Raipur South MLA Brijmohan Agrawal asked the party workers to challenge the state government over ongoing Religious Conversions.
Raipur BJP President Shrichand Sundrani said that they would launch agitation on Tuesday in support to their two demands including the action against accused in Religious Conversion and also to get the party workers released from Jail who have been booked on claimed baseless allegations.
He said that decision has been taken to start the foot march from all the Mandal Units under the leadership of senior leaders of party and would march towards CM House.
Raipur South MLA Brijmohan Agrawal would lead the protest from Purani Basti Mandal Unit, Sunil Soni from Lakhenagar Mandal Unit, Rajesh Munat from DD Nagar Unit, Shrichand Sundrani from Telibandha Unit with the party workers to register protest against the state government in support to the demands.
